ALFA (Artificial Lift and Flow Assurance Research Group) is a multidisciplinary research group created in the 1990s and focused on experimental studies of artificial lift techniques and flow assurance applied to the Oil and Gas industry. Currently, the ALFA group focuses on processes involving chemical and thermofluid systems, from the oil industry to renewable energies.
